The ocean view was perfect. The pool was great. The room was good except some black mold in bathrooms. Didnt see anything about parking charge in ad. And found out by text message about a week before stay. Overall it was a nice trip and good place to stay.

Nice condo

This was our first time staying at Shores of Panama and it did not disappoint!!!! The condo was exactly as listed and had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The beds were comfortable aside from the sleeper sofa, it wasn’t the best but we made it work. The pool area was awesome!!! The kids absolutely loved it, tons of lounge chairs for everyone! The staff was extremely nice. We definitely plan to come back!!!

Not great

The parking garage is so small, terrible, and scary. They only had one person working the desk at check in while probably 30-40 people waited. All I had to do was get armbands and it took forever. After that, we waited almost 40 min for an elevator and finally had to haul our luggage up to the 13th floor. We finally got in the room and there was no toilet paper. Neither tv worked. We called twice. They promised toilet paper and no one came. The next day, someone came to fix the TV’s but only fixed one and never came back to fix the other. Luckily, my husband is good with electronics and was able to cast tv from his phone. Elevators were terrible and you had to wait for so long. Once, so many people piled on that it dropped 3 floors. The room could use some upkeep. Internet hardly worked. But poop area was amazing and they had lots of security so we felt safe. Room had a great view. Workers did allow people to set up tents in front of the chairs and umbrellas you paid for though which was another negative. I wanted to love this place. But between the issues not being addressed, the parkingnd the elevators, it was hard.
