Welcome to Castle House 1, located in one of the most sought-after, family-friendly neighborhoods just outside the Disney Resort. From our front door, it’s an easy 15-minute walk to Disneyland, and you can enjoy fireworks from your private backyard! House Rules & Guest Requirements:
• This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited.
• Parties of any type are not allowed. If you plan a gathering that exceeds the maximum occupancy or parking limits, this is not the home for you.
• Outdoor music or activities that could disturb neighbors are not permitted.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book.
City & Property Regulations:
• REG Permit #: REG2023-00027
• Maximum occupancy: 15 guests (10 adults max). Additional guests after booking incur a fee.
• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Parking: max 3 vehicles in driveway (fits 3 minivans), must not block sidewalk. One car may park on the street with a city permit. No RVs or trailers.
• City-mandated Quiet Time: 10 PM – 9 AM. Outdoor spaces off-limits during these hours.
• Guests must comply with city regulations; failure may result in fines or legal action.
• Reservations over 10 nights may incur a mid-stay cleaning fee.
• Check-ins/outs on major holidays may incur additional cleaning fees.
• STR Rules Deposit Hold: $500–$700 (only charged if house rules are violated).
Payment & Security:
• Visa and Mastercard accepted
• Bookings within 30 days of arrival require extra screening, background checks, and proof of payment.
• Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and backyard to ensure compliance with city rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record audio. Use of amenities is at your own risk.

Close to Disneyland

The house is very close to Disneyland and easy to walk instead of dealing with parking at the theme parks. House was clean and management was great for the check in process. We would stay here again. Great view of the fireworks from one of the second floor bedrooms.

Perfect location for Disney

This is an ideal location for Disney, easy walk to the park and don’t have to pay for parking. Pool was perfect.

Fabulous Pool

The home was comfortable, clean and decorated in such a fun way. The kids had a blast in the pool. It was very close to Disneyland which was wonderful.

Great location

The kids loved the pool, and we walked to Disney each day. We usually stay at the one of the Disney hotels, but this was cheaper and had about 10x the space.

Perfect Family Vacation

No more buying Christmas presents! Instead as my family has grown we give them a vacation so we can make memories. This house was perfect for 15 of us. It’s walking distance / brings you to downtown Disney entrance. The walk is about 1 mile. We got to the park when they parked open and left at midnight and still the walk was not too much. We used to pool on our check in date. It was clean and warm. The kitchen table is huge so we played board games as a family. Upstairs are two rooms. Downstairs are all the rest. There’s pull out trundles under the beds for extra beds. This house was perfect for us.

Perfect for Families!!!

It was fabulous to have a house with plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and seating for dining! We had three families staying together, and we couldn't have found a better place. We were able to walk to Disneyland. We had everything we needed for the kids: high chair, pack n play, strollers, toys, plastic silverware, everything you could need! The owners and management were wonderful to work with. I would absolutely recommend this house!

We went with the kids & grandkids to Disneyland for the first time, it was a blast, especially love the kitchen & living room areas, great to just hang out there. The themed rooms were really cute, I slept in the cars room & think the bed should be replaced with something better, I also slept one night in tinker bells room & that bed was fine .

Wonderful Family House

Fabulous time - kids had a ball in the pool. Very clean with lots of towels and bathroom amenities. Kitchen had great appliances and a large island. Could use some new pans, and baking sheets. WiFi was great, but it only has one television which is a problem for us because the little kids wanted cartoons, but of course the older kids did not. Watched the fireworks every night! All in all we would definitely recommend this house.

Excellent place to call home while visiting Disney

We loved our stay at Castle House 1 from Dec. 27 to Jan 3. The house was everything we expected and more. We had lots of room for the 16 of us and the kids loved the theme rooms. The pool and hot tub were a nice way to end the busy Disneyland days. It was especially nice to be able to make meals at the house and not have to eat out every meal. It was perfect for our family and we had a wonderful holiday. The owners were quick to answer questions prior to our stay and the manager responded to texts immediately during our stay. We felt well taken care of. We will recommend this property to others from our area who will be vacationing in Annaheim.

Good stay

Overall, our stay was good. Great proximity to park, spacious, and plenty of places to sleep. We didn’t spend much time there, as it was a Disneyland focused trip. So it was perfect for our needs. The only real gripe is the last step on the stairs is somewhat easy to miss as it blends in with the floor. My mom took a bit of a spill, but is okay. Just needs a marking of some sort, probably. But again, the house is perfect for Disney trips with large groups. Only about five minutes to Disney parking structures/shuttles. And in a quiet neighborhood.

Location is great, but house need attention.

Location is great, easy walk to Disney's parks. Lots of item for young child: stroller, kids dishware, play pen. Pool was clean and well keep. How house needs a deep clean. Broken items need to be removed and replaced. Pictures post in advertisements are not the same as house. Contact Management company a number of times to get assist with these items. Management company only helped after we call VRBO, however still did not follow throught on requests.

Excellent location, excellent house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was ready to go for us! Clean, A/C turned on the house was cool. Pool was perfect temperature. On a quiet neighborhood street. One thing to note - the city of Anaheim has fairly strict rules for short term house rentals. We could not park on the street or be out by the pool/patio after 10pm. We had a large group and several cars, so it was tricky to jockey the cars around depending on who had to leave at different times. 5 cars fit in the driveway end to end.

Fun vacation house for a big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself is a 10 minute walk from the gates of Disneyland. It was conveniently close in a quiet neighborhood, if you disregard the barrage of explosions from the Disney fireworks show. Its close enough for the fireworks to set off car alarms up and down the street. You can't escape that if you want to be close to DL. The home was very clean, and felt very homey as soon as we arrived. The kitchen was stock full of cookware and diningware. There were very cool themed bedrooms that required a complete family tour of the entire house upon entry. The first hour was full of "THAT IS SO COOL!" "OMG!" from both the children and adults. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via text, a welcoming message is rec'd the day of. All of my questions were answered pretty quickly. The pool was clean, water was warm and very comfortable. There was a large bin of floaties and several life vests for 4-10 yr olds. I definitely recommend this property and would for sure come back here again.

Good Stay

House is close to Disneyland and was clean. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor; two of these are the bunk bed rooms. The other two rooms are upstairs and all bathrooms are in the first floor. Would stay again due to the closeness to Disneyland.

Awesome house and pool

Or family had a great time at this house. Room to spread out so even the 13 of us never felt cramped, the kitchen had everything we needed, and directions were clear. It was close enough to Disney that we could walk back for a midday break for the littles. The kids and teenagers—everyone really—loved the pool! Highly recommend this place!
