The house was nothing as described, it had roaches crawling in the kitchen. The upstairs tenants jumped, thumped, ran, yelled and played up until 3am. The host was rude when addressing the complaint and lied after agreeing to a refund. I would NEVER recommend this property and if my refund is not submitted within the next 24 hours will file a lawsuit.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. However, we would like to clarify that the photos showing alleged cockroaches do not correspond to our property. The apartment was delivered fully cleaned, as we consistently do with all our guests, supported by more than two years of hosting experience. We always strive to provide courteous service. In this case, we allowed an early check-in of two hours at no additional cost, upon your request. Additionally, it was clearly communicated beforehand that there is another accommodation located on the upper floor.

Expected different

The property was listed as an entire home before i booked then when i realized it was a basement and tried to get my money back it was changed. This unit need to be updated it has very old appliances. She also tried to say i broke her “couch” which i didnt, it was already like that when i got there it was the first things i noticed.

You are excusing yourself because you know that you broke the rules, had more than 10 people at the place, had loud music, smoked when it was against the rules. The couch was definitely broken on your stay because my place is new to the app, and had recently been renovated, as well as the couch being new. The appliances are not old, they work perfectly fine. If you were confused about the structure of the place, it was and is clearly listed when my property is being booked.

Quick weekend stay

A genuine review from a local resident of Maryland here! I spent the weekend here with my two kids, a friend from Florida and his daughter. We had two days to make the most of our stay, and this booking was absolutely the perfect choice. Here are a few key things worth reviewing: - Side yard perfect for kids to play outside. - Multiple sleeping options and rooms to pick from. - Games and snacks for kids provided. - Beautiful neighborhood for morning walks. - Shops are close for forgotten items, or quick app deliveries. - Wifi worked surprisingly well with all of our devices connected. (About 10 devices connected to the internet at once!) - A special guest makes an appearance... A cat! It is friendly and just hung out with us the whole time. - About 20 minutes from everything major, which was extremely convenient. As parents, this place gave us peace of mind. It was safe, welcoming, and made with families in mind. Even for pets, with the cat that visited us! We hope to book this place again for another stay.

Beautiful Home & Neighborhood

We were in awe when we drove up. Normally I am a female solo traveler. As a Christmas present I try to take my only child and her three kids to a trip out of state. The 17 year old was over excited when we drove up. The house was so spacious. Two bedrooms on one side & one on the opposite side of the house. The kitchen has a coffee bar with teas and coffees. The host had snacks. So many TV channels to watch. Washer/dryer. Every kitchen utensil you need. We cooked breakfast every morning. Cozy family friendly festive street with lots of Christmas lights & decorations. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is beautifully decorated. I couldn't access my messages on VRBO and host was patient when I called her for wifi password and door code. My grandkids enjoyed the games on the wall & the huge bunk beds. We loved it. Not one single complaint..
