OCEAN FRONT ENTIRE HOUSE 4-Individual Units - Angel Inn the Sand PET FRIENDLY!

Angel Inn the Sand is very unique an ocean front house in beautiful New Smyrna Beach, Florida, about 20 minutes south of Daytona Beach and 1 hour and 10 minutes north east of Orlando International Airport.

Our property is made up of FOUR INDIVIDUAL Apartment style units. Each unit is 2 bedroom / 2 bath and very spacious at 1250 sq ft. much larger than a standard beach front condos. Each unit has its own kitchen, dining and living room which opens up to the beautiful ocean front views. The FOUR INDIVIDUAL units all sit under one roof which makes up the house. The only shared common areas are the large back patio and the upstairs balcony.
The units do not open up to one another, they are totally separate which is ideal for multi-family gatherings to maintain privacy.

3 of the units have 1-King and 2-Queen beds and 1 unit has 1-King and 2 Full beds.

ENTIRE HOUSE RENTAL – ALL FOUR UNITS - This option is PERFECT for family reunions, weddings and large family gatherings. It allows your family to stay close together but still give the privacy of individual units. If you are seeking individual unit rental please see our other listings on Home Away!

Angel Inn the Sand is a fun, comfortable beach house where you can enjoy the incredible views. It is one of the best price per value stays you will find due to the large size of each unit and the beach front location. We are a pet friendly property.

Please note you must be 25 years of age to rent our house and proof of age may be required. We are a family owned and operated property and want the house to be respected as if it were your own! We will also require a detailed guest list of everyone staying in the house. There must be a responsible adult 25 years or older in EACH UNIT. A name and cell phone contact for each unit must be given prior to checking in. As the person signing the rental agreement you will be held accountable for all FOUR units.

The greatest amenity is the beach front location, with the world's most beautiful beach at your doorstep. We offer some covered parking for your car. Other amenities we provide are TV with Direct TV and complimentary secure wireless internet. Beach towels and some chairs, children beach toys and boogie boards. We also have an outdoor shower, Gas BBQ grill and a Washer & Dryer are on premises for your use.
Walk to shopping, bike or ride on the beach, golf, fish, or dine at the many restaurants. Just enjoy your stay! We are a short walk to Flagler Avenue District which is 0.8 miles north.

Weekly rentals usually run from Saturday to Saturday we also will accommodate shorter stays if we have availability during the off seasons. We look forward to hosting you and your family and friends at Angel Inn the Sand!

The hosts were so helpful and friendly. We rented all four units. Each was slightly different but each was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies we needed to create a great Thanksgiving meal. The location was central to grocery, pharmacy, Walmart and restaurants. And, of course, the beach was right there... and the views beautiful, peaceful and tranquil. It was a perfect place for iur whole family (23) to celebrate our 59th anniversary and Thanksgiving. Couldnt have been better!!!!

We rented all four units to accommodate our children and grandchildren. This was the perfect setup to give everyone their space yet be together and watch the grandchildren play. The location is convenient to Flagler Ave and we walked up to watch the Christmas Parade.

Incredible time and location!

We had an incredible time here! The units were incredibly clean and well kept. Communication with Terry was awesome. She was so quick to respond and work with us! The view from the porch is beautiful and you can't beat the access to the beach. They have everything you would need.

We had a wonderful vacation.

Our family rented all four apartments and it worked out great. The beds were comfy, but some of the living room furniture was not. The kitchens were well supplied with pot, pans and utensils. We used throw away plates and silverware. Furniture outside was very nice. Thanks for a very nice stay at your property.

We were in town for a nearby wedding and rented all 4 units for the entire bridal party. Everyone was impressed with the units and what they had to offer. Didn’t get to enjoy the beach itself but the proximity and view were awesome!

A slice of paradise

My daughter and her now husband had been to New Smyrna Beach many times and wanted to get married here. They decided to have a beach wedding and needed a house on the beach that could handle around 20 guests. We found this house and it met our needs. Upon our arrival, we knew it was perfect!! It was on the beach with a spectacular view of the water. The owner Teri was there when we arrived and we knew as an owner, this house was her passion. There are 4 units that make up the property so everyone had some privacy but at the same time we were all able to party together. The wedding ceremony was performed on the beach and went off without a hitch. The weather cooperated and everything was beautiful.Now, the guests want to make this a yearly event!!The description of the property was spot on. It was clean, roomy, and had all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this property. Also, if you want to bring your car on the beach, the entrance is right next door

Perfect place!!

We had booked this place about a year ago for a place to stay during our son’s wedding. We were so worried about the house with 2 recent hurricanes coming through the area. Terri was amazing in communication and making sure that she did everything possible to keep her beautiful home safe! Thanks to her diligence and preparation, her home was spared! The place was perfect for our family and the bride’s family! It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space with beautiful views! We rented her golf cart for the couple to leave the wedding reception from Flagler Tavern, which added a special touch! We would definitely come back in the future!

Angel in the sand, turned out to be diamond, in the rough!

After hurricane Iain, we weren’t sure what we would find in new Smyrna Beach. We were very happy to see that the unit itself came through the storm fairly unscathed. Even though the Sandune’s had been damaged by the storm, the owners made our stay there. Absolutely wonderful! Every time we texted them, there was a response usually within 10 minutes or less. The units were clean and everyone had a good time. We rented all four units for 16 adults and it was perfect! We highly recommend this place, especially if you have a larger group or family. a special shout out to Terry, the landlady, who was especially helpful and responsive.

Just heaven

Rented entire property for daughters wedding. Perfection does not begin to describe this place! The host Teri Corbett could not have been more accomodating or nicer! She made sure we had all we needed, including helping me acquire a tent for the inclement weather. All guests were very impressed with this beachside gem and I am so hoping we get to stay there again sometime. Pure bliss!!!

Unique, large 4 unit rental for our large family

We rented all 4 units for our 21 member family, which included 6 family units. It provided a different experience than the large houses we have rented in the past. The family units could 'get away' from the crowd and have some privacy if they wanted to. Location was great. Beach was great. The units were large and the provisions were the best we have ever had at any rental. Dishes, pots and pans, Tupperware, towels, soap, shampoo, etc. etc. Teri (owner), was great to work with and responded quickly to any issues we had. We plan on going back next year!

Beautiful beachfront property

Our extended family rented the entire property for a Christmas get together. All units were clean and spacious, the pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful the property really is. Easy beach access, ample parking, and lots of beach equipment provided by owners. Check-in and check-out were well-explained and smooth. Owners communicate very well and responded quickly to messages. Would recommend this property to any one looking to get a big group together at the beach!

We got hitched at Angel Inn the Sand just after it was purchased in 2013. We both have a love for the ocean and spend as much free time as we can near the water and live locally in New Smyrna Beach. We love being small business owners in our community!

The uniqueness of this property is what made us fall in love with it. Having a property that can bring families together is what it's all about. We vacation annually in New Smyrna Beach with our families and it's wonderful to all be together. We want this house to provide great memories to families for years to come....especially our own!

What makes this property unique

The house itself is so unique and special....you will just have to come stay and see for yourself! The views are spectacular and we allow you to bring your pet family as well. We don't go anywhere without ours and would not expect you to either!
