Beautiful beach house with all the amenities you can wish for!
Spacious bedrooms, gourmet kitchen and modern granite and tile bathrooms
Sliding glass doors open to a spacious back yard with a hammock, grill and patio and gas fire pit.
The house is within walking distance to tiki bars, restaurants, shops, Flager Ave and a short golf cart club ride to Canal Street.
Cape Canaveral National Seashore is just a few miles south on A1A and has pristine beaches with nice seashells. Also, a shuttle goes off almost weekly. Disney is less than an hour away.
I will meet you upon arrival with the keys and show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Small dogs are considered. Must be crated (crate provided) when you are not home.
Also, six seater golf cart on site and available for rent!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take garbage to the street in bags when leaving and Sunday night and Wednesday night.
You can leave the garbage can in the garage.
Please start a load of linens in the washer. Thank you
Cleanup instuctions for kitchen is posted on the refrigerator.
Please make sure all beach chairs, toys, etc are rinsed off. Thank you
Please make sure any dog droppings are picked up and disposed of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
