Welcome to Island Time in 5! Located in Wild Dunes, on a quiet cul-de-sac and just minutes from a public beach access on Palm Boulevard. This newly renovated & decorated home features a plunge pool and an open area floor plan that lets you cook and enjoy time with the family.

The kitchen features all new appliances, an island with a bar and stools, and views to the plunge pool. Sit back and relax in the living room after a long day at the beach or gather around the dining table to enjoy a delicious meal. This beautiful home is just minutes from a public beach access across Palm Boulevard. The garage includes 2 parking spaces, plenty of storage space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.

The first floor features an open floor plan, where you can cook in the kitchen while watching your favorite TV show or enjoying quality time with friends. The kitchen, living room, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom are on the first floor. Head up the stairs and to the right you will find the bunk room, a twin over full with a twin trundle. Next to the bunk room, and to the right of the bathroom, you will find the queen bedroom, with a flat screen TV. Straight across from the stairs is the full bathroom, shared between the three bedrooms upstairs. To the left of the stairs, and you enter into the king bedroom, with a nook that includes the washer & dryer and a pull-out couch. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, to relax and watch your favorite show before bed. Head outside and you will find a quaint screened-in porch, to enjoy a cocktail or your morning coffee on the hanging porch swing. Outside the pool, is the newly built patio to enjoy a family dinner after you cook in the kitchen.

Perfect family getaway

It was a perfect little beach getaway! My son is in the Air Force stationed in Charleston. It was wonderful to spend time together under one roof! We all enjoyed our time there! So clean! So well decorated! Kitchen so well stocked! Thank you! We will be back!

Easy beach access

Nice house. The children really enjoyed the pool. Easy walk to the wide beach which was not crowded. We needed more seats in the family area and could have used another full bathroom. The washer and dryer in one of the bedrooms was a little odd but we made it work. Nice kitchen that was well stocked. Great main bedroom on the 1st floor with a very nice bathroom. We had a great time.

Great location, perfect for 2 families

We had a great stay with 2 couples and our 3 kids (ages 5-7). The yard was great for the little ones to play (and totally separate from the pool area, which was a big relief). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay.
