Someone once said, “A real friend is someone who takes a vacation on a sun-drenched beach and does not send a card”. You might not have any friends after a vacation at 7 41st Ave, since you will want to let everyone know what a wonderful time you are having on the Isle of Palms at this wonderful home.
You could make your postcard with a picture of the private swimming pool at 7 41st Avenue. It is beautiful and very unusual that a four-bedroom home would feature a private pool. When it is time to hit the beach, a beach access path is ideally situated at the end of the block so that in five minutes you can be enjoying the “Blue Wave Beach”, a national award given to the Isle of Palms for the cleanliness of the beach and ocean. You might want to even send your friends back home a sand dollar, which is often found on the Isle of Palms while walking the surf.
The first level of 7 41st Avenue features a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. The living room is comfortable and includes two sofas, luxurious leather chairs, and a flat-screen television. You will find that the kitchen is perfect for that low country boil with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has room for the entire family with seating for ten. The family room is an extra benefit not often found in vacation rental homes. It provides a cozy and quiet space to catch up with the local newspaper or your favorite beach novel.
The second level features three bedrooms all of which include a full private bath. The master bedroom is spacious, where you will find a king bed and a daybed. The master bathroom is equally large with a whirlpool tub. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, and the second guest bedroom has a double bed. 7 41st Avenue can sleep 11 people comfortably.
When 7 41st Avenue was built, the designer must have had your postcard in mind. This wonderful home has decks everywhere. There are two decks on the front of the house, and two screened decks in the back overlooking the private swimming pool. Anyone of the four decks is the perfect spot to sit in a rocking chair and share stories of the day or write all of your friends about your vacation on the Isle of Palms.
One final note for your postcard, if the pool, beach, ping pong table and comfortable furnishings are not enough, the City Marina is located at the end of the block, just a short walk from 7 41st Avenue. There are dining options at the Marina, groceries, charter fishing boats, a boat ramp, kayak rental, and island tours can all be found at this full-service marina
