We loved it! The beds were comfortable, all the appliances worked, and there were so many things we could do (volleyball, swim, watch TV outside by the pool, kayak, putt golf). There were dolphins swimming in the bay just 10 feet from the pool. The house is supplied well with just about anything you need (volleyball, football, chairs, sand making tools, etc.).The host communicated with us well.We definitely recommend this home!

An Amazing Family Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Point in Perdido Key! The house was perfect for our large family, accommodating everyone comfortably, including 13 children from age 17 all the way down to our littlest ones at just 1.5 years old. It can be challenging to find a place that works so well for multiple generations, but this house truly met all of our needs.Everyone loved the pool and hot tub, and especially enjoyed fishing, kayaking, seeing dolphins and the short walk to the beach to watch the sunset! The house was well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and relaxing. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, although we enjoyed cooking many of our meals at the house.Paradise Point provided the perfect setting for our family to spend quality time together, make wonderful memories, and enjoy everything Perdido Key has to offer. We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to other families looking for a fantastic vacation spot!

If you are looking for a relaxing, well organized, plenty of space, great for kids and adults, multifamily type of vacation this is your house. Lots to do, lots of sitting and relaxing space and plenty of beds. Responsive host, great amenities and very clean home!

House and location were amazing! The owners put a lot of thought into the experience they provide to their guests. One of the best rentals our family has stayed at to date! So much to do for any age range - Paradise Point is an accurate name!

This property is incredible! We were looking for a place that would be comfortable for 6 adults and 4 kids where we could relax, swim and fish with minimal effort. This place was everything we wanted and more. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked with everything we could've possibly needed. And for outdoor activities, we didn't have enough time to enjoy all of amenities. There are kayaks, paddle boards, multiple life vests for all ages, an incredible pool and spa, outdoor grill and TV, beach volleyball, mini golf, ice machine, plenty of comfortable seating, and more. And the view of the water, just stunning. Communication with the host/concierge was easy with quick responses. We only had 4 days there, that's the only negative thing I can say! We'll definitely be going back when we can stay longer. Thank you Bailey Vacation Properties for a wonderful place to celebrate my 60th birthday!

Amazing trip, amazing house, and hosts!

Loved absolutely everything about the property! They had everything we could’ve needed, beach toys, chairs, cozy beds, clean space, great showers, an ice maker, just a short walk from the beach and so much more! We absolutely loved our stay in this spacious home! The hosts and concierge were so helpful along the way, thankful for all the assistance during our stay!

Truly amazing; it seemed we found something everyday to be unexpectedly available/provided!Our concierge-contact was always helpful (as in when we couldn't get the hot tub heat going).The pool area is so wonderful that most decided to just take a pass on going to the beach.It surpassed anyplace we had ever stayed before!

Paradise Point was ideal for our family vacation. There were options for 5 grandsons to bunk together, or families of 4 to 6 be together. The kitchens were well stocked for cooking and dining. My grandchildren (from 10 to 20 yrs) took advantage of the volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, the pool, beach equipment, and pool table in their "Cousins Olympics" tournament. My sons-in-law grilled the fish caught from our deck, as they watched the World Cup games on the poolside TV. We read books as we breakfasted by the pool in the mornings, and had a sing-a-long there at night. The coffee table always had a puzzle under construction. Lindsey was prompt in responding to any question or concern I raised. This house met all my expectations and provided a wonderful setting to spend time with my family. Great family getaway

Celebrated father-in-laws 95 birthday with entire family (18). Excellent house set up for all of the families and kids. Beautiful location on inlet with close walk to beach. Lots of activities (toys) for all to play. Perfect time with our family. Host was excellent and easy to work with at anytime.

Great Place

2025 Senior Trip

We had 4 sponsors and 13 teenagers here for 5 days for these kids senior trip . They had a blast , the house was perfect for keeping them entertained when they were done at the beach . They were outside , off their phones and soaking up all the perfect weather we had ! This place is absolutely perfect !

Beach House Fun

Our family of 17 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is well designed to accommodate our individual family units. The kitchens are amply supplied. We also enjoyed the generous supply of beach toys and equipment. The location was perfect. We heartily recommend Eric and his properties … excellent owner and host.

Family Fun Oasis!

Our family had an incredible stay! The kids loved the sand volleyball, fishing, and kayaking, while the heated pool was a hit with everyone. The house's layout was perfect for family time. Plus, the house was stocked with everything we needed for the beach and fun activities right at the house. Being close to the beach was a bonus, making our vacation truly unforgettable. Lindsey was wonderful – very welcoming, informative, and responsive! We will definitely be coming back.

Paradise Point

This amazing vacation home deserves 6 stars!! I can't say enough about it. We stayed for 6 nights. Plenty of room for 18 adults and 6 children. The outdoor space was amazing and indoors beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds luxurious and the master bathrooms exceptional. Lindsey was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!
