Nearby is a community park on a canal with a kayak/stand up paddleboard launch into the protected canal waters. The Ocean Pines community offers plenty of recreation including three outdoor and one indoor pool. Additionally, there is a skateboard park, playground, walking and biking trails, and fishing or crabbing docks. The Ocean Pines Yacht Club is within walking distance of the house. Nearby, you'll find the boardwalk, multiple amusement parks, putt-putt golf, shopping, restaurants, and many public golf courses. Take a day trip to Assateague Island, famous for its protected beach and wild horses!

After a day of exploring, retreat to your home away from home. Impressively decorated in an elegant and old-world style, the open living room boasts leather seating and a soaring cathedral ceiling with dramatic two-story windows. The second-story loft overlooking the main living room features large sectional that includes a queen sleeper. You'll also find a TV, DVD player, and video game console. Whenever hunger hits, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances and ample meal prep space to prepare your favorite dishes. The dining room features a custom-built over-sized table that seats up to 12 - a perfect spot for mealtime, games, or puzzles. When you want to dine al fresco, head to the sprawling back deck and fire up the grill and take a seat at one of the outdoor tables. String lights hung from surrounding trees adds to the ambiance.

Sweet dreams are inevitable in each bedroom, adorned with cozy quilts and homey mementos. The first floor primary bedroom can be set up as a king bed or two twins. With an additional full-sized sleep sofa and TV in this room, it is a great setup for a family. The second floor has two additional bedrooms. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and internet access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
