Perfect house for a larger family! The location is great, quiet street and only about 10-15 mins to ocean city. The two first floor bedrooms are great, especially if you have older people who don't like stairs. The neighborhood is pet friendly, easy to walk pups. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Guys golf trip

Deceptively Roomier Than its Appearance

This two story A-frame was much roomier than depicted through photos and accommodated our family extremely well. Comfortable beds and upgraded bathrooms were appreciated. Would stay here again.

Lovely weekend getaway

My friends and I went to Assateague Island for the day and rented this lovely home to spend the night in. The neighborhood is beautiful and very friendly. Because it seems to be a family neighborhood with the Sheriff right next door, we tried to keep it quiet before midnight and stayed inside for the rest of the night. The home is very spacious, pet-friendly, and everyone got to enjoy their time there. Great communication with the host, too.

We really didn’t enjoy our stay. It’s kind of dumpy in person even though the strategically shot photos make it look fancy. The appliances in the in-law suite either weren’t plugged in or didn’t work. The main kitchen is run down looking and some of the cutlery and dishes were dirty in the drawers and cupboards. The sofas, chairs and carpets are all stained up.The main bedroom on the bottom level of the house only has one air vent and it’s under a window. It got so hot in the night with the door closed. Our family said the other bedrooms were hot too even though we had all three thermostats set to 69. It also has curtains in the bedrooms but they’re opaque so it gets super bright by about 6:45 am.The rental company that manages this property makes you put your license and credit card on another website outside of VRBO and they send you a million automated messages before your trip and throughout your stay. They try to upsell you on add ons for additional products and early check in/late check out. It’s very annoying and just feels gross considering what they’re already charging to stay here. They didn’t even have hand soap in every bathroom.Honestly we should have just stayed at a hotel. At least at a hotel, you don’t have to wheel their trash cans out for them, check in is 3 and checkout is 11. At this place, you pay a premium to do chores and check in at 4 and check out at 10. Everything about this place is why people are sick of VRBO. No thanks.

What’s not to love!!

We loved this property! So much room to spread out, everyone had their own area. Our 11 month old granddaughter was with us, along with our grown children and everyone loved it. Close enough to OC yet in a quiet neighborhood. We would rent it again in an instant, we didn’t want to leave

Great home

Very spacious rooms. Lots of room to stretch out and relax. Host was super communicative and very friendly. Plenty of kitchen items. My only wish would be to have more clean up things available, ie clorox wipes and more dishwasher tabs.
