In the famous Praça General Osório, one of the most bohemian spots in Ipanema, this 130 sqm duplex is located where all facilities are within walking distance.

Ipanema beach, Copacabana and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas are examples, but there is a rich offer from supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, transport, bars and restaurant. All this protected by the silence and tranquility that the disposition of the property provides.

On the first floor, we have a cozy living room and integrated kitchen decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. On the second floor are the master suite (with jacuzzi), two more bedrooms and one more bathroom.
