Wonderful trip!

The property was in the perfect location with the extra amenities we needed. We loved playing Pickleball - as some of our family sat from the balcony watching! The beach was conveniently located to the property- a short and easy walk thru the complex’s parking lot. The neighbors were courteous and helpful. We will definitely be going back!

Not as advertised

Not totally upgraded, a lot of older furniture. The mattresses in both bedrooms were very uncomfortable, they seemed to be worn out. The couch in the living area was also uncomfortable and worn. I was given a door code if I checked in after 4:00, which I did. It did not work, it took about 30 minutes on the phone to receive a different code. I used the washer to wash towels, and went to bed. Someone below was banging on our door and yelling, which was unnerving. The washing machine in our apartment did not drain and flooded the apartment below. The manager did come over, but I could not use the machine again. The TV in the den would not work. The manger said someone had left a guess lovkon, and know one knew how to unlock. She brought us a smaller TV after two days without a TV. Hopefully our backs will recover when we get home. I spoke with manager, she said she would speak with the owner about all the inconvenience. I never heard from her, didn’t want a full refund, but maybe an apology and a small discount. Will not stay there again.
