Stroll along the 1450 ft gulf fishing pier (Florida's longest!) where an abundance of marine life can be seen--hammerhead sharks, sea turtles, stink rays, etc. Rent a bike & enjoy the bike path through Gulf Islands Nat'l Seashore Park. Don't forget the nearby Navarre Beach Marine Sanctuary & Navarre Beach Marine Park where travelers can visit, get info on the ecosystem/sea turtle life, & view other animals. Sweet Pea is a rescued sea turtle who was injured & cannot be returned to the wild. She is the sanctuary's mascot. The park & sanctuary are located on Gulf Blvd. just down the road from The Pearl.
