Welcome to Emerald Isle 2103! This Gulf-Front, 2 bedroom, 2 Bath unit is located on the 21st floor and has a spectacular vista of the Gulf of Mexico.

There is a $40 fee per parking pass, additional passes are $40, This is a one time fee, per reservation.
Payments are made in the onsite office upon arrival

The Emerald Isle condo complex is located on the West End of PCB, directly on the beach, and is currently ranked the #2 best value condo stay in the area by TripAdvisor. There are two pools, a hot tub, stainless steel grills, and a fitness center onsite, to be enjoyed during your stay. There is also a Pickle Ball Court next to the north-side parking deck that is available for Emerald Isle guests to use. There is so much to do nearby with countless dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities with Pier Park just down the road. Also, can’t forget the beautiful sugar white sands and emerald waters. The beach is right in your backyard when you stay here!

This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit fully equipped to enjoy the beach. This is an Amazing location directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit will accommodate up to 6 guests. The beautifully appointed master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, luxurious en-suite bath, and sliding glass doors opening to gulf views and the balcony. The well appointed guest bedroom features another king bed, and access to an ensuite bathroom. The living area is an open concept with direct gulf views and access to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with housewares.

Fantastic spring break get-a-way!

My husband and 17 year old daughter stayed for a week and had a lovely time. The condo was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The view was breathtaking and we loved waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning. The beach and condo wasn’t very busy while we were there so it was perfect for our family. Donna was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!

Spur of the Moment Trip

Took my niece to the beach to celebrate her passing the PT boards. The room was just as the pictures and very clean. Kitchen was stocked well. Donna was quick to respond to all questions. Emerald Isle is one of my favorite places to stay in PCB. I would definitely book with Donna again.

Rare Right Whale Sighting

We were there this winter during a rare Right Whale sighting right off our balcony. It was really cool. We had seen many dolphins in the gulf before but knew this was different. They were too big to be dolphins. The Helicopter tours kept circling as well, so we knew it was something special. A couple days later they ran the story on the local news. We enjoyed the condo & had a nice stay. Thank you!

The only issue with the cleanliness was the bathtub. It didn't look like it had been cleaned under the mat for a while. There could have been a few more towels as well. The remotes for the TV's are confusing. There's no instructions on their use. Also there were two remotes in the guest bedroom but nothing there for a second remote. Otherwise we enjoyed the room and our stay.

Condo was nice. Beds were comfortable. There was a strong odor when we entered as if someone had cooked using a lot of Curry. We sprayed air freshener and opened the balcony door. Smell had subsided by the time we left. One suggestion would be for the cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning ie: glasses in cabinet were dirty and silverware in drawer dirty.
