It is an older neighborhood, centrally located and close to local interests that make Decatur unique.
What makes this property unique
This particular home features a large outdoor seating area on a deck with a quick walk down a few steps into our fire pit area to continue to enjoy those cozy nights. Even more interesting is the property is located right behind the High School Football Field where you may have a chance to catch a game or two!!
