We take your families safety seriously. CDC Cleaning and Disinfecting guidelines are followed for cleaning our home after each guest leaves. We hold your safety at the highest importance and are taking extra measures to disinfect all surfaces before your stay.

COVID-19 Cleaning Measures:
The housekeeper always cleans the house thoroughly with clorox and antibacterial products. All sheets and towels are always washed in hot water with bleach after each guest stay.
As extra measures, I have asked the cleaning lady to:
• Wear disposable gloves when cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. Gloves are then discarded after each cleaning.
• Spray lysol disinfectant spray in all of the rooms and on all of the furniture to ensure that all surfaces have been treated with disinfectant.
• Wash all comforters and pillow shams after each guest stay.
• Wash all silverware, glassware and dishes.
• Wipe down all hard surfaces with antibacterial disinfectant.
• Wipe all door knobs and handles with Clorox wipes upon exiting the property.
• Wipe ping pong paddles with disinfectant.

1.3 miles from Horseshoe Bay resort. We are located just 45 minutes west of Austin on Lake LBJ, which is a constant level lake. The resort offers boat and jet-ski rentals, and the local marina has a small water park and restaurant. Scenic golf courses, Legends on LBJ and Delaware Springs are nearby. The townhome is 10 minutes from Marble Falls’ restaurants and shops, 30 minutes from Hill Country Galleria shopping and only 1.25 hours from San Antonio, Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the famous Water Park Schlitterbahn.

Three level townhouse with three bedrooms upstairs: king master bedroom with seating area with queen sofa bed, fireplace, and balcony; additional king bedroom, and 1 queen bedroom, all with their own private baths. Second floor living area readily accommodates entertaining with kitchen, half bathroom, family and dining areas opening to large, newly built upper deck. On the second level there is an outside stairway to the water. Additional lower level entrance to boat dock and jet ski ramp. Lower level contains full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with two twin-over-full bunk beds sleeping up to 6 people and a small sleeping room with one twin-over-full bunk bed that sleeps 3 people .

This condo is kid-friendly with ping pong table in garage and lots of board games. Please keep in mind we are on the water, so we have installed child safety latches are on exterior doors leading to the docks. Excellent location for wedding guests, as it is less than a mile to Horseshoe Bay Resort. Ideal accommodations for family reunions, girl’s weekends or just an easy weekend getaway only an hour from Austin.
