The house and property were beautiful and very specious. It fit our family of 7 very nicely. The privet boat dock was perfect. We were able to enjoy the sun and the water without worrying about other people being in our space. The bed in the master bedroom was pretty comfortable. We hope to be back again next year!!

Boat ramp to short to launch bass boat. Unable to utilize boat lift. Need more detailed information placed in listing regarding these.House itself is beautiful and clean. Need to bring your own cleaning supplies none available to clean counter tops or stove after cooking.

Beautiful property and home. We really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the lake with lots of comfortable seating and a table which we ate dinner at. Also loved the double decker dock. Perfect for fishing, sun bathing, relaxing and enjoying the views! We used the boat ramp to easily launch our kayaks. And the home itself was very spacious and well stocked!

Their house is very large and very clean and shockingly large! We sat out on their big beautiful patio all night, talking with old friends and created very special memories! The next morning, everybody slowly trickled out and drank coffee on the boathouse and watched the sunrise! I will not forget this trip! Their house helped make it special

We had an amazing time at this property! The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was spacious and inviting, making it perfect for relaxing. The location was perfect for us to do everything we wanted to see and do. It truly felt like a home away from home.The team was very quick to respond to questions. Our stay was during the July 2026 floods. We asked week prior to reschedule or move dates a little for safety of weather and was denied. Llano river rose 12ft and dock went underwater and river not usable entire stay. Very chaotic week with multi interruptions and management team appeared to be Ai. They did offer very very small credit for inconvenience. Really cool property but needs good cleaning, ants inside house addressed and new management company

Couldn’t accommodate early check in which I understand but they would not allow us to access the outside of house on the property for the boat dock prior to check in. The boat dock is a huge advantage and selling point to the property but not when it’s not accessible. This caused us to miss out on an entire extra day of boating fun from not allowing us to use the driveway and said advertised ramp. The house mentions sleep spots for 12 but had 2 whole beds stripped of linen and linen was in a locked closet door. Recommend getting this locked code immediately to make sure your guests have proper bedding. No hand soap anywhere in the house. Had to go out to the store. Couldn’t use the bathroom until we made a store run. Unsanitary.

We had a wonderful stay at this lakefront property! It was extremely clean, in a great location, and much larger than we expected. The beds were very comfortable, and there was ample space for everyone to spread out. Parking was also a breeze, with room for five cars.The outdoor patio overlooking the lake was absolutely perfect—we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the beautiful view and peaceful atmosphere, especially at night when it was nice and dark.Just a couple of small notes for future guests: the listing mentions a bathtub, but there wasn’t one in the bathrooms (which was a minor challenge for us since we had an infant). Also, one of the smaller bedrooms didn’t have a TV, even though the description said all rooms did. Not a big deal at all, but just something to be aware of.Overall, this property was fantastic, and we would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a spacious and relaxing lakefront getaway!

Almost everything was clean and as described, the only issue was the oven had a bunch of grease built up. We enjoyed all the features the house offered! Nothing beats being right on the water!
