Cozy apartment style suite w/ kitchenette, 9 ft ceilings - quiet, modern retreat. Near the beach, restaurants, Starbucks, Mayo Clinic & military base. One room is oversized to enjoy living room, dining area, & kitchenette with large frig. 3 beds & ideal for 1-3 guests. The front door to stairway & patio are shared. Once upstairs, there is a private locked door to the suite creating a totally private area for guests. Driveway or mulch parking for 1-2 vehicles. 4 short blocks to the beach!
The space
Upstairs space that has everything you need in a home away from home. Ideal for 1 to 3 guests, & short or month long stays. Ample kitchen space and devices, separate bedroom for sleeping, quiet home close to Starbucks, Brunch Haus (best breakfast in Jax Beach), and short 4 blocks to the ocean. City center is just 4 blocks northeast of home. Best location in Jax Beach close to everything!

Easy access to home via keyless lock system. Guests share the foyer of home. Once upstairs and inside your suite through your own private door, totally private space for guests to enjoy.
Other things to note
Kitchenette offers basic cooking essentials to prepare a quick meal. There are 2 burners (not a stove), pots and pans, skillet, toaster oven, and coffee maker. There are cutting boards, bowls, cooking utensils, and storage containers. WiFi is available and guests agree to use it for legal purposes only.

At Departure, leave linens on bed, towels hanging in bathroom, all trash to downstairs green trash can, leave dishes etc washed, and key hanging on door in hallway. Thanks and have a wonderful stay!
