Sleeping & Living Space
This One-Room Suite is thoughtfully arranged for up to 2 guests, offering the ease and simplicity of a well-designed private space within an owner-occupied home. A king bed anchors the room, dressed with bed linens and essentials for a restful night. A desk with chair creates a dedicated workspace, making it easy to open your laptop and settle in with Wifi whenever needed. Air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan help maintain comfort throughout the year, while a TV with standard cable offers easy entertainment at the end of the day.

Bathroom
The full private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and bathroom essentials, along with a hair dryer for added convenience. Everything is arranged so you can refresh and reset after time spent at the beach or out in the neighborhood.

Kitchenette Area
While there is no full kitchen, the suite includes a mini-fridge refrigerator and coffee maker - ideal for keeping drinks chilled and starting your morning with ease. The setup is simple and convenient, suited to short stays and weekend getaways.

Outdoor Living
Guests have private use of the backyard deck, a beautiful and relaxing outdoor space where you can sit with your morning coffee or unwind in the evening air. The open backyard adds a welcome sense of space, offering a quiet spot to pause between outings.

Access & Parking
A private entrance with a separate street or building entrance allows for an independent arrival experience. Self check-in is available through a keypad, so you can come and go on your schedule. One free driveway parking space on premises is provided during your stay.

With Jacksonville Beach access just a short walk away and local dining and entertainment close by, this suite offers a comfortable home base for beach days, weekend escapes, and focused work trips alike.
