Newly renovated one bedroom apartment located steps away from beautiful beach, park, tennis courts, gym, restaurants, Starbucks and shops. We have one queen bed ( with luxury pillow top mattress ) and one leather couch/futon can accommodating up to four guests. We provide all essentials such as: bath towels, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels, beach chairs and etc. A quiet and safe neighborhood. The perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway.

I fall in love with Jacksonville Beach when I first visit my family and friends here back in 2 years ago. A small quiet beach town that conveniently close to everything we need. Quiet and safe neighborhood with super friendly neighbors :)

What makes this property unique

1 block walk to watch beautiful sunrise in early morning and jogging on the beach later afternoon. Half block from tennis courts and park, 3 blocks from Whole-food Market and many of my favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy ride bike alone the beach to breath the fresh ocean-air.
