This stunning new construction private townhome features 4 spacious bedrooms,3.5 bathrooms. Guests will love catching sun by the private sparkling pool! This extravagant townhome is great for family and friends to kick back, relax, and enjoy the island sun!

The nicely decorated living room features a flat screen tv, and offers ample seating space for friends and family to relax and enjoy each others company.
Preparing meals will be a breeze in the gourmet kitchen featuring a large kitchen island. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The dining area is a perfect spot to enjoy family meals and the large dining table will be more than enough space to host a family feast!

On the 2nd floor of this property the master bedroom consists of a king size bed and large master bathroom. The master bathroom features a gorgeous walk in tile shower. All guest bedrooms offer guests comfortable sleeping accommodations. The second guest bedroom is nicely decorated and entails 2 Queen beds. The third guest bedroom offers 1 Queen bed. They both will share a jack and jill bathroom. The fourth guest bedroom is located downstairs by the kitchen area and features a King size bed. This home accommodates 10 people maximum.

Excellent

The only issue which wasn't a big deal was the router was changed out before we got there and none of the tvs or WiFi worked but that was quickly resolved. And in the master bath there was no shower caddy or place to put soap and stuff again not a big deal. The place was great all around
