This property is made up of two separate 2-bedroom units:
Downstairs unit: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living & dining area
Upstairs unit: 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living & dining area
Each unit has its own private entrance.
Important Note: There is no interior connection between the upstairs and downstairs units. When you book the entire house, both units are exclusively yours, but they are accessed separately from outside.

Our stay was amazing! Robert was extremely helpful and very communicative. The location was great, there was a specs and Whataburger nearby which was super convenient. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t have picked a better place! All the rooms had plenty of space and the backyard including the pool was beautiful. I highly recommend this spot for anyone!
Very clean inside. Needs a little closer attention to trash in the back yard. The pool was very refreshing. The blinds on the front door need to be replaced. front and side yard needed mowing. Love the plumeria.
My family and friends had an amazing time. The house is spacious with comfortable beds and ice-cold AC. The upstairs patio provided a lovely afternoon breeze, allowing us to sit, chat, and simply enjoy each other's company. I would definitely love to stay again!
It was overall a beautiful house, just had one room that lights wouldn’t turn on at all. It was 5 of us in one room and not a single light could turn on, which we needed ! Tried to contact property manager, didn’t reply. Other than that, this was a beautiful house.
There were so many pros to this house. It was a nice getaway. I liked how there were 2 different living areas and the house had an upstairs with 2 rooms, kitchen and livingroom and the bottom had the same thing, both with their own entrance. It made it convenient for us, my brother and his friends stayed up stairs and my husband and I stayed down. This house is a great idea for 2 families that want to stay in the same house but have their own space. The pool was a plus too it wasn’t too big or too small. Also about a mile from all the bars and a few night spots.
Overall everything was good..only a few minor details like the trash bin outside being super full so we couldn't throw any of our trash. Swimming pool was dirty when we checked in so our kids couldn't get in. Everything else was great.
