had a nice weekend getaway with the family at SPI, would stay again! communication with host was 5 stars always responded, all amenities worked minus the light from hot tub but no biggie at all! would recommend everyone to stay at this condo!

Overall disappointing. There is VERY LOUD & DUSTY construction 3 feet away from unit 131A, be aware you will be woken up at 8 am with loud banging etc non stop until 5pm. It is VERY HOT in the house because the rules are you have to keep the AC at 75. Checked in to multiple issues (clogged shower, non working TV) and a dirty pool with dead crabs in it that wasn’t cleaned until the 3rd day of our stay. then had no WI-FI or working toilet for our last day there. We contacted Laura promptly, she is responsive and texted back within the hour. However, her response of “it’s out of my control” regarding WI-FI, construction and non-working toilet were unacceptable. Requested partial refund and her answer was loud and clear NO. There are many options to stay at, I strongly recommends staying elsewhere.

The owner failed to note in ad that property next door was under construction. So there was no sleeping past 8AM and no privacy in the pool. Worse yet was the saw dust flying into our drinks when we tried to use the pool. The owner’s first response to our complaint was to say she could not control what happens next door. Only after we noted we would not have rented the house had we been aware of the situation she refunded a paltry 300. The negative impact this rental had on our vacation was not made right with the 300 credit. There were other issues, e.g., the hot tub didn’t work when we got to the property. The construction company was using the rental for power preventing use of the side entry. There was a two foot deep ditch with no barrier making it unsafe to access the pool area from the outside. TV’s could not connect to the internet so streaming services were inaccessible and there was no DVD player as advertised. Thankfully, we brought our own player to help entertain our kids. In sum, I could not ask for a worse experience.

Beautiful home! I like the thought that was put into all the convenient amenities in the home that made the stay even better! Love the guest reminders posted on the walls as wall, made checkout easy and everyone had access to rules and expectations.
