This charming property is perfect for families and travelers. Sleeps 7, with a queen bedroom, bunk beds with a full size bed on bottom, and queen size pull out couch. Has a handicap accessible ramp. Wrap around porch. WiFi. Fully furnished. This location is within a mile from the Southside sports complex. Close to the VA. Only a short drive to the beautiful Florida natural springs, rivers, and lakes. Downtown shopping, grocery stores and amenities close by. Not to mention some of our favorite coffee places right around the corner, Sage coffee, Xapa coffee shop, Brooklynn’s, and Ellianos.

Strip used bedsheets from beds. Start sheets load in washer. Place all used towels in the laundry room.
Take out all trash with the provided trash bags and place in outside trash bin.
Wash all used dishes.
