The room is small but super clean and for the location you cannot beat the price. I'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others

I will preface this by saying the Hotel Felix was fine overall. I didn't realize this room was in a hotel and had I booked directly with the hotel, it would have been 50% less in cost. The room is similar to what is shown by far smaller, which would be fine but the photo is very misleading.

It was a nice room in a great neighborhood. We found much cheaper parking via SpotHero. The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive. The room was really, really small and cups were not provided, apparently as part of hotel policy. The staff member I spoke to said they were trying to get the administration to change this.

Hotel Felix

This property is a hotel. I was hoping there would be some minimal breakfast offerings but all they had was fruit & coffee. They had the gall to charge a $22/day resort/amenity fee which was an add on surprise at checkout. No prior notice of this was given at check in. Not acceptable! Should not nickel & dime your guests!!
