Great location and remarkably a lot of space. We were in Denton for my daughter’s wedding. We were 10 minutes from the venue and rehearsal dinner. We had enough space to host friends and family to work on flower arrangements, bake a sweetheart cake and plenty of space to get ready for the event.

The host was very welcoming and sent clear and well thought out instructions. The home was absolutely perfect for our group that had a wedding in Valley View. There was plenty of room, big beds, closet space and as well appointed kitchen. The home was very clean and welcoming! I would highly recommend for a nice stay in Denton!

We came for our daughter's graduation from UNT. Wonderful experience at this home; super close to the campus and the Denton Square (which provided great food & entertainment!); 3 bathrooms allowed each party to have their own bathroom; the place was super clean and exactly as pictured; very nice; would definitely recommend for anyone!!

Great Weekend

We stayed here for a quiet bachelorette weekend in Denton and that it was! The house was exactly as the pictures showed and each room was super homey. Our only downside is that some of the towels had hair on them. They appeared clean, just like whoever is cleaning should possibly wear a hair net. We would definitely stay here again!

We came to enjoy UNT family weekend and this home was set up perfectly for everyone. Amenities were great, clean, functional, and location to our events was so convenient! The back yard awning set up was the best memories of our gathering. We look forward to coming back!

The house was perfect for our daughter’s wedding weekend! The large table in the kitchen was so wonderful for us to gather around and drink coffee and chat! We were also able to put together bouquets for the wedding, on the table! The beds are all extremely comfortable! We loved how every bedroom had a “theme” (Mean Joe Green, Meat Loaf, Norah Jones etc)! The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. There is a nice washer and dryer and all the bathrooms were very clean. Check in and check out were very simple. The host was extremely communicative with us and helped us! The only downside (no fault of owner) is that during the school year, there are many students that park on the street and make it tough to get in the driveway and one night we got completely blocked out due to a student’s blocking the driveway. Nathan was very helpful in getting the police to take care of the situation quickly. If you have multiple cars you may need to utilize the street parking. I would definitely stay at this VRBO again…. comfortable and clean and perfect for a large family with Nathan’s attentiveness made our daughter’s wedding weekend so perfect!

We were in town for a family wedding and needed a place to stay with separate bedrooms for multiple family members. This home was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. We loved the big beds in every room, large kitchen table, and spacious couch. It is definitely a very accommodating and well-thought-out space for large families.
