This comfortable updated Bayside Villa in South Seas is the perfect spot for an Island vacation. A beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse with the largest Bayside Villa floor plan. Watch boats, dolphins, manatees, and seabirds from your large lanai overlooking the Bay. This spacious townhome has plenty of room for you and your family to spread out yet still be together. The condo features a full kitchen, living area, and screened porch on the main level with direct views out to the Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound. There are three bedrooms, the master has a king-size bed with beautiful bay views, a second bedroom with a king-size bed in a bright and beautiful setting, and the third bedroom with two double beds. There are three bathrooms, all attached to each bedroom for your convenience. The beach is just a short walk away from the Beach Villas.
Located near the entrance of South Seas means easy access to all the local attractions. Walk to shops, restaurants, live music, art galleries, and of course the beach!

Some South Seas amenities are not accessible to renters who book through a private vacation rental company instead of South Seas. Overall the unit is well appointed. Good location. Nice view and very comfortable and updated. Price is very fair for the area. Communication with king fisher was great and they came to fix a few minor issues very quickly. One thing to note. The South Seas amenities are 100% off limits. We already knew this but when you also see that you can’t even buy a bottle of water from one of their onsite stores and you can’t rent a golf cart to go to dinner a few blocks away you need to plan accordingly. You save considerable money by staying here over booking with South seas so it’s a worthy trade off. Just know what you are getting.
