Perfect property for a getaway. Host has excellent communication. Check-in process was easy and simple. Really have no complaints but gave 1 suggestion.Gate entry is the only inconvenience- key pad is in an odd location for pulling up...BUT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PROPERTY....Very quiet location and easy commute for driving downtownWill book this property for my next TN trip*The girl from SC*

The refrigerator was dirty and the bathrooms could be cleaner.

The refrigerator has adhesive that was used to repair shelving that unfortunately wont come off. We’ve tried everything. The bathrooms are deep cleaned once a month in addition to normal cleanings for stays. I’ll provide this feedback to our cleaners. Thank you.

This property is great for young adults that come to have a good time in Nashville. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. It is in a great location. It is not for families that spend nights eating at home. We enjoyed it because it was close to our son and his family.

Great place for a Nashville stay

The house was perfect for our weekend stay! We had a group of 6 women (ages 25 - 52) and were there for a bachelorette trip. It was the perfect size and layout for our needs. And the location is so close to downtown Nashville.
