About this property

Wonderful House in Pernambuco Beach: Pool, Biribol, Quadra, 5 Suites

House on the beach of Pernambuco, near the beach (250 meters) of the golf course (150 meters) and the Jequitimar Resort (350 meters). Rental for a maximum of 14 people.
Leisure complete with pool with biribol, volleyball court, table tennis table, barbecue and air conditioning.
5 bedrooms with double bed, 4 of them suites with air conditioning, balcony around the house with 3 hammocks, 750 m2 of land.
In addition to the 5 double beds, it has 2 single beds. In the back, there is also a large house with bathroom where can accommodate more people in 3 mattresses that have in the house.

The house also has 2 portable (tower) fans that can also be used.

There is a TV in the living room.

The house has 3 uncovered car spaces. It features a pool with a birchball net, volleyball court and a table tennis table.

We have a fishmonger and gardener (mr. Anastácio) who has the house key, keeping the recreation areas clean.

Maravilhosa, praia limpa e de fácil acesso

Foram dias maravilhosos cheios de alegria. A casa nos supriu em tudo, muito completa, muitos utensílios de cozinha. Casa muita limpa e agradável. Tivemos um problema com a piscina mas seu Anastácio resolveu. Único problema foi a vizinha dona da pousada chata é hipócrita. Reclamou de som ambiente, ainda ameaçou de chamar a polícia, mas quando seus hóspedes fizeram um chá revelação aonde nossa casa ficou coberta de fumaça de fogos impossível de respirar (fumaça rosa era menina) nada da folgada pedindo desculpas. Tirando isso foi perfeito voltaria muitas vezes.

Somos do interior de SP. Fomos em 14 pessoas. O imóvel é excelente. Totalmente fechada e segura, a quadra, a piscina e as 5 suítes com ar condicionado são os diferencias da casa. Conforto total. Outra diferença, é a atenção dada pelo proprietário durante a locação, e pelo zelador na chegada e saída do local. Pessoas super bacanas. Adoramos a casa. fica perto de tudo, principalmente da praia. Iremos voltar em breve.

FIM DE SEMANA MARAVILHOSO NESSA CASA

A casa é espetacular, tem tudo o que precisa para passar um ótimo final de semana, completa com todos os utensílios necessários para passar o final de semana, a casa é totalmente conservada, do jeito que está na foto é o que vão ver quando alugarem, a piscina é muito boa, tanto para adultos quanto para crianças, a quadra de vólei é espetacular, os moveis são muito confortáveis, além de tudo é próxima de uma praia linda e dos mercados, resumindo a casa é show de bola, vale a pena conferir, eu recomendo. Pretendemos alugar mais vezes :D
