Apartment located on the 12th floor, facing the sea, full kitchen, dining room, wireless internet, cable TV with various movie channels, Brazilian and European channels, water, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels . Free access to the swimming pool, the sauna, the fitness room and the games room. The apartment has a private garage for a car in the building basement.
The apartment is good standard, complete with air-conditioned rooms, well located with good connectivity by bus or taxi (taxi in Fortaleza is cheap). Is by the sea, (just cross the street to get to the sea). It has a wide view of the sea because it is located on the promenade facing the sea.
The double bedroom has a bathroom with bath and closet. The other bedroom also has a double bed.

Muito bom o apartamento, vista pra Praia... tudo funcionando perfeitamente e a atenção do dono do imóvel nem tem o que falar.... simplesmente tudo perfeito!
Agradeço o Sr Fernando pela estadia e sem dúvidas vou indicar ! Só um detalhe... Fortaleza é 220v ... queimei um secador mas isso é o de menos ... foi tudo excelente!!!

EXCELENTE E PERFEITO!!!
Localização Excelente; apto perfeito e completo. Tem de tudo. Tudo novo. Bem cuidado e funcionando. Chiveiros otimos. Cozinha otima. Camas novas. Internet boa. E o Proprietário é de uma educação sem igual. O Fernando Antunes é nota 1000. Aprovo e indico. Ficamos 13 dias. 4 adultos e minha filha de 3 anos. Só tenho uma sugestão. Que seja instalada uma tela de proteção para crianças. .No mais. Para mim é um imóvel excelente...só tenho a agradecer o Sr. Fernando Antunes.

ME SENTI EM CASA
Fomos atendidos muito bem, durante o período que ficamos no imóvel, de 02/09 à 04/09/2014. As acomodações são excelentes, as fotografias demonstram exatamente o mobiliário do Flat. EXCELENTE EM CADA DETALHE!
Este apartamento é EXCELENTE! O Sr. Fernando é acessível, atencioso e de confiança. As fotos me agradaram e nossa família não se arrependeu da escolha. Bem localizado, com decoração agradável, bem equipado, ventilado, com vaga na garagem e uma linda vista para o mar. Ficarei novamente quantas vezes retornar à Fortaleza, sem dúvidas!
