We had an amazing stay at this house over the weekend with friends. The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as described—plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was perfect, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The host was responsive and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again
Loved the place and having levels to separate beds and baths. I'd say an ideal rental home. If I were to complain the parking space is so tight and the trash cans are right next to the car. If it were a busy time it could be a damage problem but I didn't have any problems.
Excellent place to stay!Perfect for families—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, close to everything we needed. The host was wonderful: very responsive and provided plenty of helpful information before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
Great townhouse in quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Host made for a very hospitable stay with a very comprehensive “startup” kit of items of basic needs to ensure a positive experience specially with items like coffee, creamer, sugar…
The townhouse is fantastic in a really great location. It was very clean on our arrival. Jacob, our host, was very communicative and facilitated an early arrival.
It was excellent. The property was just as described. Well kept. Parking was a little tight for a suv. The only suggestion is more covering for the windows
Easy check in process and easy to drive to downtown area and the market. Was quiet around the area and everything was clean upon arrival. Host very responsive and gave clear instructions on the check in process that made it easy even when arriving late at night after a delayed flight.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Listing accuracy
Check in went smoothly and the kitchen was good. WiFi access was good as well. It is in a great location. The biggest issue is the blue strobe lights coming from the construction site right next to the unit. They flash in the house at night through the curtains which are thin and in the hallways where there are no curtains. Make sure you understand there are no air conditioners on the second floor.

Regarding the AC, there are 2 separate mini splits. One on top floor and one on bottom floor. We can quickly and consistently cool the home, I believe the top floor split was left off and the the 2nd and 3rd floor cooled once that was turned on. Two of the three bedrooms have blackout shades; the one without is where her child, who has an eye condition, was sleeping. The light reportedly caused the child discomfort. We promptly provided eye masks and suggested moving the child to a room with blackout shades. Susan declined and requested that blackout shades be installed during her stay. We explained that blackout shades are not listed as an amenity and could not be installed mid-stay. While the source of the light remains unclear we did install blackout shades in the other room as well.
The space is nice. The rep did answer quickly and ordered Amazon delivery for the toaster, light bulbs. Good hot showers upstairs. Gas stove. Deck up top. The heat pump is great… just in winter takes time to heat the 3 floors. I’m hoping that some things got fixed. The middle bedroom has a blue blinking construction security light all night, easily fixed with black out curtains. Didn’t get hot water to the kitchen, might have not waited long enough. The security pad, on the door frame fell off every time we used it. The CO monitor malfunctioned and beeped every 2 min til we cut the fuse to the living room. Strangely, we were told there was no maintenance over the holiday, but I think the following evening someone did come out to fix it, they do have a replacement CO monitor. The garbage disposal never worked from our arrival. We reported it promptly, and I was charged for breaking it ( get the insurance).
We stayed in this property for 4 nights for a concert weekend and had an awesome time. For three adults this space was perfect. Its a reasonable walk to the stadium, very clean and comfortable, and having a space to park was relieving in the city. End of the day, I'd definitely reserve this space again.
We had a wonderful stay at this property. As a group of seven, we appreciated having a place that truly felt like home. The abundance of dishes, utensils, and supplies made our stay convenient. The kids especially enjoyed the board games and Nintendo. I would highly recommend this unit for long-term stays, as there’s free parking and all the comforts of home. The quiet neighborhood provided a restful experience. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay. The host provided us with a starter supply of things, which was very convenient. He was prompt in answering my questions. The townhouse is well-maintained and located in a quiet neighborhood. Although the designated parking spot was all we needed, there were enough parking passes to accommodate multiple vehicles on the side street.
Perfect spot for Seattle tourists or quick getaway to the mountains
We were 5 adults and the house was perfect. The kitchen has all the necessities if you want to cook. The rooftop patio is awesome for relaxing and looking at the city lights. There are even games to play in the house.
Parking is tight if you have a large vehicle and you have to be in shape to get to the rooftop.
We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in this home. It was clean, updated and about a $20 Uber ride to all the places you’ll want to visit (Pike Place Market, Space Needle, Beneath the streets tour, Ferris Wheel, Ferry, etc). We were a group of 4 college besties and fit quite comfortably with the 3 queen beds & 2 bathrooms. Walkable around the corner is a hip modern coffee shop “the usual” that’s a must-visit. Communication with the owner is 5/5. Highly recommend and we hope to come back again!
The house is in a good location was clean & in good shape. We used the city transportation trains/bus & got all around. Our only suggestion would be curtains or room darkening shades in the street side bedrooms & window covering in master bathroom.
Came in town for a long weekend. Somehow made it into town despite the Crowdstrike fiasco. House was as advertised, not amazingly located but certainly walking distance to Seattle U, Capitol Hill and even the stadiums (each about a 10-15 min walk). House itself was very nice, clean and well outfitted with basic supplies. Rooftop deck was sweet. There is an amazing coffee shop less than 100 yards away ("The Usual"), that has great breakfast fare and coffee. Would rent again.
The house was great! We had seven people for adults and three children. There were only four towels and four washcloths. We could not find any extra towels anywhere so they need to make sure there’s enough towels for the amount of people on the reservation, the couch sits on the floor so for someone who has problems getting up it is very difficult to get up from. Other than those two things, the house was great! It was a great location for going to the main sites in Seattle! Thank you for a great stay!

Hey Sheila thanks for your feedback. We usually stock 8 towels and 4 washcloths by default but we also have tons more in the closets. If you ever need any extra at any of our properties just let us know. You're right the couch is low profile but it's very comfy!
