This is a great location where they have converted old warehouses into apartments and Condos. Durham city center is becoming the goto place and this location is right in the middle of it. Everything was within walking distance. The place is clean, very functional and well set up. We would recommend this to anybody needing to stay in Durham for a period.

2 BR Loft in Downtown Durham

We really enjoyed our stay in this loft. What a great location in Downtown Durham. It was beautiful, clean and well kept. Communication with the property managers was great and they were accommodating with our request to check-in early. I am sure we will be back, there really is something for everyone here. Thanks again!!!

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights on August 3-4, 2026. The check -in process was complicated. There was an issue of their online form. We had to try multi times after booking. We were initially given the wrong property address. Correct check -in instructions only arrived at the last minute, and the wifi password provided was incorrect. In one bedroom there was a large dirty open ventilation opening in the ceiling directly above the bed. On the second night while it was raining, water dripped from the open vent onto the bed and we had to move the bed away from it These issues made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.
