Location was great. Walkable to Broadway and most areas that we went. The kitchen was not well stocked: 3 coffee cups and 3 pods… for 4 people for 3 nights. No hand soap or dish soap in the kitchen. We had no control over the thermostat. The bedrooms had no dressers to put belongings. The sheets were too big for the bed so they bunched up all night… very uncomfortable. One key fab was provided so we could not split up our party with comings and goings, otherwise we not be able access the elevator… which was also a inconvenience, only one elevator which took a long time.

Hello, Thank you for your review. There are multiple inaccuracies that I would like to point out. First, you have full access to the thermostat there are no restrictions. Second there are three elevators on the property not one. The extra coffee pods and coffee cups are in the cabinet above the microwave. The bedroom has the proper size King sheets as well as Queen sheets for the bed. In regards to dressers or added furniture, our pictures are accurate and not misleading at all. Not one time did you reach out during your stay to voice any issues or concerns we would have helped you.

Perfect place in the Gulch

The property location is 2min walk to all the Gulch has to offer and 15-20 min walk to anywhere near Broadway you want to see. Its nice to be slightly out of all the chaos of Broadway. Nice covered pkg garage and nice place to stay with great amenities. Owner with excellent communication. Responds quickly!
