Jays place exceeded our expectation.. Place was spotless, spacious, well stocked, beautifully decorated and had an amazing view of the water from lanai. The Infinity pool was breathtaking and was surrounded by a deck with comfortable loungers and cabanas. Jay was an excellent communicator and responded fast to all our questions. Highly recommend Jays place and we would definitely return.

The house was beautiful and has everything you need. I am very picky when I look for a VRBO and this one is perfect. Jay was a perfect host and gets back to you very fast with any questions you might have. The house is located in a great area not far from beautiful beaches. The community pool, pickleball courts and ping pong also kept us busy.

Beautiful home with great lake view.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our third visit to Venice. We love hunting shark teeth. I would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Venice. This home is beautiful and an easy drive to the beaches and other attractions/amenities. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home Minutes From Beach

This home is well appointed and absolutely gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the location made it very convenient to get to the beaches, restaurants, downtown Venice, and more. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. Jay, the owner, was attentive and made renting super easy. We plan on staying here again next year!

We had a great stay at this property. The house is spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly need. The owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. There is a clubhouse with a gym and pool which we really didn’t use but they are there if you want them. I would definitely book this property again if I were coming back to this area.

Great location

We loved this home! It was a great location to get to Venice beach or Siesta Key without staying in the middle of the busy crowds. Quiet neighborhood. The host had provided everything we could have possibly need-from beach chairs to coolers, etc. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing Place

If I could give more stars I would! The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect and close to so many different places and things to do. We also loved the pool at the community! Communication with host was great and quick when needed. We will definitely rebook for our next vacation!

Meredith and her guests were great, they were courteous and respectful, responded in a timely matter, and even fixed a broken door handle before I could get our handyman to the house. They left the house very clean and took the trash out on trash day. Meredith would be welcomed back and recommend to any host.

Bird watchers fun

Very comfortable home, cozy and great for home cooked dinners with family and relaxing. Clubhouse was upscale and pool very nice. Neighborhood quiet and private. Home well appointed with more than basic needs. On water with lots of beautiful birds. Was lovely. Would recommend.

Everything about the home was top notch. The host has provided so many extras for a relaxing vacation. The beaches are a short drive and beautiful. We found many shark teeth!! The sunrise view from the home is amazing. The resort amenities were beautiful. My family enjoyed the pool and pickle ball!! We will definitely be back!!

Excellent in every way

Our group stayed here during our time showing at Fox Lea Farms. The property was beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed. We were very close to the show and only a short drive to many restaurants and the beach. Jay was quick to respond to any questions we had, and I was so appreciative when he notified me that we had left an item behind. This truly felt like a home away from home. The next time I am in town, I will not hesitate to book this beautiful home.

Comfortable home close to Fox Lea

We loved staying in this beautiful home this past week as our daughter attended an equestrian clinic at Fox Lea. The owner was super communicative and responsive. The home is brand new, nicely decorated, comfortably furnished and has everything you need. The view out back is beautiful as it overlooks a natural lake full of wildlife. The owners even have binoculars sitting by the window for you to use. We enjoyed watching the ducks, egrets, sandhills cranes and a few small gators that swam by. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again next time we are back in town.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this place! Tons of room for our crew of 7. The fantastic views of the lake and surrounding wildlife were an unexpected and greatly welcomed surprise. We used the extra sand toys, pickle balls/paddles, wagon, cooler and beach chairs multiple times. A small, modest propane grill would be appreciated for us mid-westerners who were too intimated to use the wood chip grill. My only REAL complaint is that now I find myself “needing” a $350 YETI cooler because nothing else will ever be good enough… Thanks again Jay. Hope to stay again.

amazing stay

This property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home, decorated beautifully. Everything you would need was provided from TP to bath products. Home and all rooms including baths are spacious , comfortable and clean The pool area was fabulous, the infinity pool was big and inviting. The view out the back porch is amazing, if you are a bird watcher , your dreams have come true out on the island on the lake. We saw herons, egrets, osprey, swallow tail kites, sand hill cranes, great blue herons, all types of birds and alligators patrolling the waters regularly. This was the nicest VRBO rental in a long time , and we will happily return to this little piece of paradise Close to stores and restaurants. We decided to try Guiseppe's right down the street and food was wonderful. I would recommend it. Beautiful home, decor, comfort and amentities.
