During the summer months, the river access becomes a focal point with a small fire pit and comfortable chairs, creating an inviting space for relaxation and socializing.

The heart of the house lies in the large kitchen, boasting a center island with bar seating for three, new stainless steel appliances, and a wood stove that adds warmth and character.
