House was very nice & roomy in a quiet location. Stairs were hard to maneuver being seniors but that’s on us. Bedrooms were comfortable. Overall a good choice for our visit to Louisville.

We stayed for three nights. Great place to stay. Very open spaces, big rooms, and comfortable. On street parking only, but was able to park in front of the house each time. Pretty quiet and safe neighborhood. We walked to a bakery and delicious coffee shop called Coffee Crossing about a mile or so away.

The house was beautiful and spacious, and Chris was very accommodating for us. If there were any issues Chris was very quick to respond and get it fixed. He was excellent! The location is very close to Louisville, which is where we spent the majority of our time. There’s also a shopping center with Sam’s and Walmart about 8-12 minutes from here for any shopping needs or last minute purchases. It also has several restaurant options around there.

This immaculate, nicely appointed home provided a great base for our family gathering. We have stayed in a few other VRBOs in New Albany and are so glad we finally found this one. It is top on our list now. The layout felt spacious on the main floor and provided three comfy bedrooms upstairs (each with additional seating and side tables or small desks unusual in many VRBOs.) The kitchen features a large island and plenty of room for folks milling around and catching up. Research the fun shops and restaurants in the area. They are worth checking out.Christopher was prompt and responsive throughout the whole cycle from booking to checkout. We greatly appreciated his willingness to work with us for a flexible check-in time. It made a huge difference to our group. This was an all-around excellent experience.

Thank you so much, Paula! We truly appreciate your thoughtful review. It means a lot to hear that the layout, space, and amenities worked so well for your family gathering. We’re especially glad the kitchen and main living areas made it easy for everyone to spend time together — that’s exactly what we designed the space for. And you’re absolutely right, the shops and restaurants nearby are a great part of the experience! It was a pleasure hosting you, and we’re always happy to be flexible when we can to help make your stay even better. We’d love to welcome you and your family back anytime!

Amazing Stay for the Derby

Christopher's place is situated in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed for the Kentucky Derby and it's only a 20 minute drive to Churchill Downs. We loved the new renovations. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We loved that each room had a smart TV and plenty of board games for entertainment. The sunroom was a great place to relax in the morning and evening. He is a responsive host. Would recommend his place for future stays and would love to come back.
