Newly Built Home Near Downtown Louisville
Welcome to your cozy retreat in Louisville, Kentucky! This charming home offers a peaceful escape with modern amenities. Enjoy the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful backyard perfect for relaxing. Located off Bardstown Road, you'll be just 2 miles from the vibrant Highlands neighborhood and 6 miles from the iconic Churchill Downs. It's a fantastic home base for exploring Louisville!

Three rooms total. First room is the family room. Including one queen size bed with attached bathroom. Next door room will have twin size bunk bed in it. Last room will have two twin size beds. Downstairs you will get two couches with one that pulls out into a bed.
