This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has stunning magnificent mountain views on the New Hampshire/Vermont border. You can explore all day and then relax in the hot tub or curl up by the fire at night. The house is located on 38 private acres with the Sunday Mountain hiking trail running through the grounds. It accommodates up to 14 guests and a pet! Located in Orford, New Hampshire.
Our property is very secluded, yet close to the city. Contactless self check-in code. Come here to relax and enjoy the mountain air. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, private year-round hot tub, BBQ grill, and parking for 6 cars. It is 10 minutes from Lake Maury and Lake Fairlie (city beach), both lakes have access to boat ramps and kayaking.
The Indian Pond is just 3.7 miles away and it is ideal for swimming and kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter!
Hike Mt. Moosilauke , Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.
The patio and hot tub offers lovely mountain views. The gorgeous backyard includes a transformable outdoor basketball/volley ball/badminton court, fire pit, and furnished patio with LED lights.

EXTRA SPACE COMING SOON: In case you intend to accommodate more guests and you are here for more than 2 nights, we offer an additional 1-bed / 1-bath apartment with a separate entrance from the 2nd floor for $300 per night with an additional one time $100 cleaning fee. This unit is only offered to guests staying in the main portion of the house and cannot be rented separately. This unit can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.
