Beautiful brand new house! The mother in law set up downstairs was great! The location was good and the neighborhood was really nice. The 3 bed 3 bath was excellent!
The house was large, well-appointed, and clean. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We really liked being able to park our car in the garage. The location was excellent - quiet, safe neighborhood a very short drive from the airport. We would certainly stay here again.

It's in a quiet neighborhood that's close to plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. it's also located with convenient access to the I5.
the home is very clean and fresh and has been well furnished. it's able to accommodate a number of people without feeling crowded.
the hosts are responsible, fair and do their best to help make their guests comfortable during their stay.
I messaged the host directly with these concerns:
Literally 1 clean towel in the entire premises for 3 adults and each bathroom had a roll of paper towels instead.
The washer and dryer was full and running when we arrived (the host told us that was impossible via response, but we literally arrived with it running)
The refrigerator was broken with a sign taped to it and a mini fridge was set up in the middle of the living room as replacement.
Water all over master bath floor and counters.
An active construction zone in the unit next door. They began work at 6:55 am. The units are separated by 20'. I told this to the host and all they said was they cannot control the distance between the units. I only brought that up so that they could understand how close the active construction was and that this should be disclosed via VRBO.
There are cameras all over the unit and there is no disclosure on the listing stating this. There are even interior cameras which are against the terms of service. When I told the host I was uncomfortable with the interior camera they responded with passive aggressiveness.
I have traveled extensively over the years via short term rentals. I have never been treated with a general "pound sound" attitude like this before. When you tell a business owner about things that you generally expect to work as intended, they accommodate or fix the problem. In this case, I was treated rudely and told I was wrong. I would never rent from this person ever again.

You messaged us about having just one clean towel and you were informed that each room has 3clean towels and 3 facecloths in their closets. This amounts to 9 clean towels and 9 facecloths for your two night stay. We saw that you used some during your stay and left them on the bathroom floors. It’s quick to falsify reviews when you are upset about a host response to your unsubstantiated claims.
You claimed that the neighbors were making noice and the dog barking all morning. We reviewed security cameras and this was false. We assumed you made all these claims on your first day because you wanted a refund. You didn’t leave and did not request a refund upon all these claims but stayed your entire stay at the property and even texting us that it is a nice house. But we are not sure why all these false claims.
You also claimed the washer/dryer was full and running when you arrived. When the cleaning team left the property around noon, the dryer had 17min left and I told you it is not uncommon to find clothes in the dryer in short term renters.
You claimed that they were cameras all over the unit. We have outdoor cameras for the security of our guest. This was helpful when you claimed that there was noise from the neighbors construction zone all morning and via camera we found it was not true. All cameras and locations are disclosed on our listing. You asked if having cameras in the parking garage was allowed by Vrbo and you were informed to contact Vrbo about it. We don’t see the passive aggressiveness in that.
We take pride in ensuring that the property is cleaned and disinfected prior to every gust and we have never had a guest say false things as this about the property.
We take concerns seriously and do our best to address them immediately however, your claims did not require us to address anything. You mentioned broken refrigerator, the property has one living room and dining area upstairs and another living room and dining area downstairs. One of the refrigerator was not working appropriately but a new one was purchased and that is beside the wall next to the dining area. You and a few guest prior had a large functional refrigerator during your stay. You complained about how closed houses are to each other. The gap between these houses are big enough if you look online and we are not sure how you expect us to promise you to fix this. These spaces are thesame between residential communities here in Natomas Sacramento.
I do not think you reviewed the listings because you did not see camera listed, did not respond to our reply to your concerns, and failed to follow any of the house rules and trashing the property.
