This is an urban neighborhood with a lot of old history, which includes all walks of life and multi cultural backgrounds. Racism or prejudice is not welcome. Many native locals are friendly and familiar with each other. Although not a pristine or suburban looking neighborhood, it is still regarded as touristy and overall safe.

Ybor is famously known as the cigar capital of the world. It's home to a vibrant, diverse community and one of Tampa's most historic neighborhoods.

One of the many distinctions this area has to offer to Tampa Bay are the iconic Ybor roosters roaming the streets at their leisure, which have been residents in the neighborhood since the late 1800’s! While this historic district exudes character around every corner, many other sights to be seen are awaiting at your fingertips.

This property offers the ultimate Tampa experience- and more! This historic bungalow built in 1930 comfortably fits a maximum of 6-8 guests with a chic and cozy ambiance.
