Great condo

We lived the condo and the location. If i can suggest to see if someone can fix the ice maker. Also the bed in the front bedroom was extremely hard and squeaky. I still give it a 5 star Tahnk you for lettingbus stay

Great location, very poor kitchen plates and utensils

Great location. Great unit. The kitchen looked like it was stocked from a yard sale. Deeply scratched teflon pans. Burned spatulas. No working can opener. That part was very disappointing. The washer dryer and cooktop were pretty gross. The unit and condo facilities were great though. We just bought what we needed to cook with and brought it home with us. Beach and pool are 5 stars. Great place for a family trip. Still though for the price point we paid, the cookware should have been much better.

Not an oasis

There were some issues and concerns on this unit. They are listed below. Entry way/hallway/kitchen/living room: after two hours my socks were black. Looked like it was not mopped in a while. I went to a store to purchase a swiffer to mop after sweeping the floors. I used over 6 pads. Two of the burners did not work on the range. The back sliding door did not lock. Guest bathroom by laundry room had a smell similar to water damage. Guest room to entry: The batteries to the remote was dead. Master bathroom: The jacuzzi tub did not turn on and stay on. When it came on for a few seconds, a bunch of black dirt expelled out of the various jets. Overall, I would not be booking this unit again.

The only thing that needs updated is the washer and dryer but otherwise we loved it!

Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year staying at Azure(first time renting through legacy). The room was ready 2 hours early for check in which was great. This unit has the nicest living room furniture out of any vacation rental I have ever been too. We love ft Walton beach. The only complaint I had was the unit desperately needs a new dryer. Towels have to be ran 3 cycles and still not completely dry. I did not mention it during our stay because the poor layout of the laundry room will require the hot water heater to be removed before the dryer can come out and when your on vacation you don’t want to deal with maintenance work going on.

Reviewer Comments: rental went smooth from the renting to the stay, the condo was excellent.The only issue we had was with parking, our vehicles are on the taller side and having to use the top levels to park was extremely close to not making the 6'4 height other than that the stay was enjoyable,the condo was clean and plenty big enough for our 8 members.

The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and convenient with direct access to the pool area. We love Azure condos and have been staying in Azure over the past 9 years. We have do have a few suggestions which we believe will improve guests stay here. SAT / CABLE TV BOXCreate / provide a guide for leveraging the cable / sat box. We were never able to get it to connect and operate. Note a major issue as we spent most of time at pool or beach. SHOWER PRESSUREThe shower pressure in all bathrooms greatly left a lot to be desired. If you like a gentle rain shower vs enough pressure to actually wash the shampoo / conditioner out of your hair, then it is perfect for you. Maybe new adjustable shower heads with the water pressure regulator removed.KING BED / Guest BRThe king size bed is squeaky and creaky, not to mention it nearly takes up the entire bedroom. So much so, that navigating the room is like playing twister or navigating a maze. Maybe down size to a Queen to allow people to navigate.
