Fully furnished, luxury condo at the edge of the CBD, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10. Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have high ceilings and windows with a sweeping view of the city. The unit is equipped with a luxurious queen sized sofa sleeper as well in addition to the large king sized bed.

Walking distance to Superdome, Arena and many of New Orleans most famous attractions.

Furnished Luxury Apartment in the popular Warehouse/Arts district. Fully furnished, located on the 5th floor of a very upscale, safe, and secure building right near downtown and I-10. Unit is a bright and sunny 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath; bedrooms and living room all have windows with a sweeping view of the city. In addition to the full bedroom, the unit is equipped with a queen sized sofa sleeper. Features: Elevator access Secure key card access only security Central heat and A/C 12' Ceilings Blackout drapes throughout; Modern appliances; refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser and stove is a flat rangetop; Full washer and dryer WIFI 50" TV in Living & 40" TV's in bedroom Coffeemaker; Hair dryer in each bathroom Iron/Ironing board Complimentary travel toiletries provided. Gated parking for up to two vehicles.

Great condo in a great location!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Check in process was super simple while still being secure. In a great location and can walk pretty much anywhere. Bed in master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Would definitely stay here again.
