The Printing Press is located in the heart of the CBD with numerous bars, restaurants and shopping. We are about a 12 minute walk from the French Quarter. We are also just a short walk away from the National World War II Museum, Ogden Museum of Art, the Smoothie King Center and Superdome. If you’re looking to be close to the best of New Orleans, this is it.



Getting Around:

Situated in between the Carondelet and St Charles Street Car line, getting around the city is a breeze . When exiting the building, walking to the St. Charles Ave Streetcar line will bring you uptown past St. Charles’ stately mansions and to the Garden District’s charm and Tulane/Loyola Universities, Audubon Park and the Zoo. Walk one block over and you can ride the line right through downtown to the French Quarter’s jazz clubs, eateries, bars and bistros. RTA bus service is available nearby. To access the french quarter, walk one block over to Carondelet street and hop on the streetcar until the end of the line of the line at Canal Street. This apartment is located within a multi-unit building. In total, there are 34 rooms available for groups requiring additional accommodations. This listing requires the completion of a Rental Agreement with the Host. A copy of this agreement can be found under our additional house rules. Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. In addition, we do not provide salt, pepper, or cooking oil. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions you might have.



Interaction with Guests:

After booking with us you will receive an automated email with instructions and links to our check in form and rental agreement. A few days before arrival you will receive a message with more details for your trip. Access codes are sent the morning of check in, provided our rental agreement and check in form are completed.
