Great stay at Larry’s VRBO. The property is truly an oasis- our teen boys enjoyed all the games, pool, etc. Very quiet location. Larry provided all we needed and more.

Tucson escape

Wonderful property with nice kitchen, bed rooms and well stocked with supplies. Very relaxing place after day of hiking in National Parks with hot tub, pool, sauna, and game room.

Amazing!!!

Larry is an excellent host and has literally thought of EVERYTHING for his guest house and property! He even made us a homemade cheesecake, so yummy! The guest house was clean and perfect for our little getaway! We had such an amazing time swimming and utilizing all of the amenities! Can’t wait to come back! :)

Great property, great host

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The sauna, hot tub and pool, along with putting green, were well used! Larry was an attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend!

Family Get away

Appreciate the owner letting us check in early. So many things to do on the property or around town you absolutely need a weeks stay to fit in some attractions and what the property offers. Owner is quick to respond to requests.

Exceptional Host and Perfect Family Getaway!

Our stay at Larry's property was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Larry went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The Property:The house was perfect for our family vacation - clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The game room was a huge hit with entertainment options, and the heated pool was wonderful. Fantastic guest house

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Larry the host was the most hospitable host we have ever had, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel truly welcome. The guest house was home from home with everything we needed and more, there was even snacks and beers in the fridge for us on arrival. The outside space again had everything we needed, so many games and activities we didn’t even have time to do everything also the games room was super impressive. We are so happy with this rental that we are looking to book again for October 23. Larry thanks so so much for everything and we hope to see you soon.

Unique, fun getaway

This place is full of activities to keep the whole family busy-- from the hot tub and wonderfully heated outdoor pool (which was able to accommodate my extra warming needs to heat the water to a very comfortable temperature, even during the winter), to the badminton, mini-golfing, ping-pong, basketball, darts, cardio exercise equipment, and more, and even a piano that allowed me to reconnect with my love of playing after many years of not having access to one-- I did not even have time to watch the many TV's that were also provided and that had lots of different channels to access. Lots of hiking trails abound in the area for those who want to venture outdoors, and the property is conveniently located nearby several stores and restaurants for shopping/dining needs, although the owner was kind enough to provide quite a bit of items in the kitchen, including a variety of beverages and snacks. Thank you so much for helping my family to have a nice vacation!

Tuscon getaway

This property was amazing and the host Larry was phenomenal! The property was extremely well maintained and had every fun thing you could possibly need for a vacation with out even leaving the property and exploring Tuscon! The pictures don't do it justice as everything, the pool/hot tub, game room, putting green...the entire outdoor area was a resort w/in itself. But it didn't stop there as the host provided details about the Tuscon area with suggested hikes(which were amazing,) directions /advice on using the bike loop;restaurant suggestions and other sites to see in Tuscon. Larry, the host thought of every detail for a wonderful vacation all at your fingertips. On top of that Larry was so attentive when any questions arose ( and rescued us when we had flat bike tires...thanks again Larry!) Larry ,by far, is the best host we've ever had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Tuscon because you can both explore Tuscon or just stay and enjoy what the property has to offer!

Host, “Larry”, has gone above and beyond to make this vacation home special. I was very impressed with how well this house is stocked, it pretty much has anything you would possibly need. Just bring your clothes and a swim suit, Larry has the rest covered! The house was clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, snd very nice linens. The kitchen and living space would be a little tight with a big group, but the yard more than makes up for that. Larry was always quick to respond to any messages and is very persobable. The snacks and homemade treats were just anithrr extra bonus. This was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Grad weekend fun palace.

With a pool, hot tub, putting green, badminton, ping pong, popashot all in your private back yard. The kitchen was perfect and they even had snacks ready for us. Very responsive host - we were lucky to find and book it!! Thanks Alan

Fun little place!

Chose this small guest house because of all the fun things to do with our grandkids. Host was very welcoming. He baked us delicious cookies one day and had the kitchen stocked with snacks and drinks. He really provided almost everything you needed, such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, laundry detergent, pool toys, condiments, etc. We had a fun time, but kids were sad to leave!

Tucson Getaway

Our stay was just wonderful. Larry has thought of everything and was an incredibly helpful! The property is in his backyard but he was very mindful of allowing us to have our privacy and was super respectful.Anytime we wanted the hot tub on or had any questions at all he was ready with a response. We were able to enjoy several day trips to Saguaro National Park as well as Sabino Canyon Rec Center. Thanks for the great stay!

Larry Spencer Tucson Oasis

Larry’s Tucson Oasis is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Great place to decompress and relax or venture out and take in all Tucson has to offer. Larry is very accommodating to the visitors needs. Very clean property. Hope to stay here again.

Larry Is Very Attentive

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Larry’s guest house. The property was perfect for our family of five (2 adults and kids ages 6, 9, & 20). There were so many activities to enjoy - the pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the game room kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with many essentials. Larry was a great host, very responsive and provided us with great resources for local sites and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this property for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Clean with great gaming!

The house was very clean with lots of information, and Larry was very helpful for any questions. The highlights are all the sports and games, though: heated pool (with basketball goal), sauna, jacuzzi, badminton, putting green, ping pong, basketball game, plenty of TVs. Just a great space to play for kids and adults! Also just a 15 minute drive to Saguaro National Park, and 20 minutes to downtown Tucson. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would go back!

Amazing place and perfect for the whole family

Larry is a great host! Would open the pool early enough for the kids to swim and willing to preheat the Jacuzzi if asked. My three boys had a blast playing with all of the amenities and daydreamed about the place when we were away. Thanks for having this guesthouse available! We enjoyed our time spent here!

What a great property and host! My wife and I and our 4 kids came for the weekend and had an awesome time!! I think we used every bit of the fun activities that Larry had to offer! Larry is a great host! We will definitely try and stay again!

What makes this property unique

Golf retreat with 4 hole putting green and golf practice net! Heated pool, 8-10 person hot tub, 6-8 person Sauna.

Enjoy all the amenities to yourself we do not use them when we have guests but we are available for anything you may need.

We try to supply everything you may need with soda, water, beer, wine, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and breakfast items and snacks.

*Please note: bedrooms 2&3 are the second floor lofts that can be separated by shades this can be seen in the photos, they share the second floor bathroom.

In the summer if you want the pool cooler we can have it 80 to 83 degrees in the morning and 90 to 93 during the day. If you want it warmer we can have it 84 to 86 degrees in the morning and 94 to 96 degrees during the day.
