Great central location and close to all the Grand Strand has to offer: championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, entertainment, fishing, shopping, medical facilities, not too far from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, Marsh-Walk and the beautiful beaches of the Grand Strand. Use this as your vacation location at Surfside Beach!
The Space:
*2nd floor (must climb stairs)
* 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Cozy condo.
* 1 Queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the living room.
*Washer/dryer available in unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not available)
*Dining area open to living room.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV.
*Pets are not allowed.
* Only 1 parking spot available
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
* No mailbox for this location.
* Only 1 parking spot available.
*Pool access with access card only. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken card.

Arrived and had no issues getting in but the property was not very clean. It was ok but you could tell it really needed a good cleaning. Kitchen cabinets were sticky to the touch the pot lights in the kitchen were brown with dirt and grime on the back. The doors to the balcony were cloudy and when I looked at the pic it does show that but doesn’t state it. There was only one couch in the living area. Pics show two. The bathroom was clean but only one towel per person. Really? No trash bags or other items in the kitchen just dishes and glasses which we did not use based on the other issues. The ceiling fan in the living room would not work without the lights and would randomly just turn off. Left a day early because we had had enough of the place. No home touches. Very cold and not welcoming. I would not recommend

I want to clarify that during your stay, no cleaning issues were mentioned, and I had offered to send maintenance to address maintenance concerns, but the offer was declined. Regarding towels, as noted in the listing, I provide one set of towels per guest. The condo is exactly as pictured.
