Sitting alongside one of the gleaming waterways in Fort Myers Beach, you'll find Aqua Vista! The saltwater canal has direct access to the Gulf, and there's even a dock for boating and your many water adventures. You can frequently see dolphins and manatees right off the dock! Within a couple of blocks of walking distance, you'll find the Gulf beach, where sunsets are truly magical.

From the moment you walk inside the 2-story home, you will quickly take notice of the home's open layout, high ceilings, and effortlessly nautical theme. Visit with your loved ones amidst the living room's soft sofas and large TV. All TVs are smart Roku TVs for ample entertainment. When you aren't hanging about, gather around the tropical bar for a delicious drink. Your hunger is sure to arise after a day spent under the sun and the full kitchen comes well-prepared for all of your culinary creations. Play chef amongst the granite countertops and stainless steel appliances before gathering around the formal dining table inside or grill on the screened lanai and dine alfresco. Be sure to bring your favorite drink after cooling it in the wine fridge!

Equally sizable and bright, the home's bedrooms are cooled by central air-conditioning and are decorated with cheerful color palettes. Use the spiral staircase to access the private king bedroom and bath with a walk-in closet and with a deck overlooking the saltwater canal.

A true focal point of Aqua Vista is the enclosed, turquoise pool. Surrounded by swaying palms and overlooking canal views, invigorating dips are inevitable and are well-paired with barbecued meals on the gas grill. There are double lanais to ensure that children and pets have a separate and enclosed space to play. As the sun begins to set over the canal, head for the waterside chairs to cheer to another vacation well-booked!

When exploring Fort Myers Beach and beyond, be sure to check out the Fort Myers Fishing Pier, Lynn Hall Beach Park, Bonita Beach Park, The Forest Country Club Golf, and a plethora of delicious eateries and vibrant shops. The famous Mound House is one house away, a popular spot to walk around the pier on the bay. Indulge in scenic sunrises there or simply watch the local wildlife, which includes birds, dolphins, manatees, and other sea creatures.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
