While our rental homes may look a little different and yards may not be as lush as Fort Myers Beach rebuilds, we can tell you that all of our homes that have been either renovated or rebuilt and have been inspected thoroughly to meet your needs. This charming open concept home boasts vaulted ceilings, bright tropical decor and a well equipped and stocked kitchen that is a delight to cook in. A gas grill adds to the meal prep inventory. A lovely covered porch off the living area is a great place for morning coffee or cocktails. and enjoying the time with friends and family.

The King Master has an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo and walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a twin over queen bunk bed, generous closet space and the guest bath is right outside your door. You will definitely enjoy a dip in the sparkling heated pool and there is lots of comfy outdoor seating nearby. A washer and dryer, and hotel grade sheets and towels make this your perfect Fort Myers Beach getaway

A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to completed within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation.
Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire when booking. Some units have age, size and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size.
You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.
Contactless Check-in. A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation. You will receive your lock code and check in instructions in your guest portal and by email 7 days prior to your arrival. Please call with any questions. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
