Shoalwater Condominiums offer plenty of amenities to enjoy including; an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, indoor hot tub and fantastic boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Located close to local attractions, shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Our family had an amazing time. The views were incredible. This place was perfect for our family and had easy access to the pool and beach. The bedrooms and bathrooms were dusty but other than that the place was clean with comfortable beds and perfect living area space.

Great Location but Falls Short

-2 sliding glass door handles are nearly completely detached and one glass door frame is very loose. It's hard to enjoy the balcony with these issues and it's dangerous. -2 tvs offered no cable or streaming capabilities. It's hard to enjoy time in the condo without these options, especially with kids.- when I went to use the dryer, large amounts of lint blew out. The vent hose is detached from the wall. Hard to have an enjoyable extended stay without dryer service.-just overall, there needs updates. Rust all over the refrigerator, wall scuffs, outdated bathrooms. All things not presented in photos upon booking, otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. Property owner was unresponsive to these issues and offered no sort of refund. This unit was not worth what we paid.

We're glad our technician, Zach, was able to resolve the dryer vent issue the day after your arrival. Having a functioning dryer is especially important for extended stays, and we’re happy we could get that sorted out quickly. As for the balcony door, we completely agree that’s an important feature—especially when the view is such a highlight. What initially appeared to be a quick fix turned out to require a more in-depth repair, but we’re happy to report it has now been fully taken care of. While we regret that your experience wasn’t seamless this time, we’d love the opportunity to welcome you back for a much-improved stay—complete with fully working doors, TVs, and yes, dry laundry!
