King-size bed, amazing mattresses, Tv's in the bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, many games and activities in the backyard/ pool area, fire pit, BBQ, and much more.

High end very comfortable furniture. The backyard is amazing, loaded with amenities, and is also shared with one more Villa. An opportunity to meet some new friends.
Our philosophy was if we could share a pool with hundreds of people in a hotel or apartment complex, why not with only one more Villa? The Feedback has been great.
