This two-story home away from home enjoys a prime and unbeatable location within 230 feet of the nearest beach access, Beach Access Point #37A, and is close to amazing local attractions, including Kelly Hamby Nature Trail Park, Jamaica Beach City Park, Galveston Island State Park, and Laffite's Cove Nature Society. Downtown Galveston is 23 miles away with mouthwatering restaurants, Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Galveston Seawall, Bishop's Palace, and Moody Mansion.

When it comes to outdoor living, this home boasts multiple decks with impressive Gulf and bay views and a fully fenced patio with a picnic table and an enclosed outdoor shower - perfect for rinsing off after a delightful day at the beach. Additionally, you are granted access to the community's outdoor pool.

As you enter, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area with stained pine floors throughout. The coastal-themed living room offers a great spot to unwind, play board games, and watch entertaining shows on the smart TV. The open kitchen has been appointed with granite countertops, an island with seating, and all stainless steel appliances, including an LG fridge, a stovetop, a dual built-in oven, and a wine fridge. There is a pantry as well. This floor houses two bedrooms.

The second floor enjoys two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite with a screened deck offering impressive Gulf views, a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a double sink vanity, and a separate shower.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
